GENERAL PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Age Requirement: You must be over 18 years of age to purchase any edged collectible from us. This includes swords, knives, axes, and similar items.
  • Compliance with Laws: Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all local and state laws applicable to the purchase and possession of edged collectibles. Non-compliance with these laws can lead to legal consequences. We will not be held responsible for any legal issues that arise due to non-compliance by the customer.

SPECIFIC REGULATIONS FOR VICTORIA:

  • Prohibited Items: Under the Victorian Control of Weapons Act 1990, the following items are classified as "Prohibited" and are subject to restrictions:
    • Swords (including those with steel blades)
    • Daggers (defined as double-edged knives)
    • Crossbows
  • Restrictions on Shipping: Due to the regulations outlined in the Victorian Control of Weapons Act 1990, we are unable to ship prohibited items to any address within Victoria unless the purchaser has a valid exemption.
  • All sword shipments to Victoria require the customer to provide proof of a permit or exemption after the orders are finalised online. Please ensure to submit this documentation promptly to avoid any delays in processing and shipping your order.
