Shipping Orders will be processed within 48 hours after the order is completed (not including weekends and holidays) once full payment has been cleared.

* If an invalid address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an email from Customer Support Team requesting a new address to ship to which may prolong processing times. 

* Delivery Time can be delayed due to a number of reasons beyond our control, including remote delivery locations, peak shipping season eg. Christmas.
